PAIA Manual and Access Requests
How to request access to records held by Consolidation Relief.
Making a request
A request under the Promotion of Access to Information Act should identify the requested record, the right you seek to exercise, why the record is required, and your preferred response method. We may need to confirm your identity before releasing records, and lawful fees may apply for reproduction and delivery.
Where to send it
Email your request to info@consolidationrelief.co.za. Please do not send banking passwords or one-time PINs with your request.
What we do with it
We acknowledge requests within 5 working days and respond within 30 days of receiving a complete request. If we need more time, or if a record is protected from disclosure by law, we will tell you in writing and explain why. Records we hold include enquiry and application records, consent records, correspondence, and the business records required by South African law.
